Recommendation for new oven please

My electric multifunction oven is not cooking food evenly and I have decided to replace it.

Can anyone please advise which type of oven is best for day to day cooking and baking - conventional, fan or multifunction?

Would really appreciate any recommendations if anyone has recently bought an oven that they are happy with.

Do you need an integral or is it freestanding. Also size 50/60/80/90/110 Cm?

And do you want gas or electric? Single or double or range? A cooker or an oven? How many shelves/shelf positions? Method of cleaning there are various options nowadays?

I'm guessing electric built in so probably 60cm? My AEG oven has performed well over the years so I'd recommend them. As to functions that's up to you; I've always got on well just with a fan oven with combined grill, but I sometimes wonder if a self-clean oven would be good. Not sure people really use all those added extras like steam function and so on.
