Curious to know what housework tasks you wouldn't want your cleaner to do, not because they are inappropriate but because you actually don't mind doing them?

I like hanging out washing. Making use of every inch of the line and hanging things in such a way they have optimal opportunity for speedy drying.

I don't like my cleaner doing the bins, not because I enjoy it, but because she puts all the wrong things in the recycling! As for jobs I'd rather do because I enjoy them, nothing!

Mop the floor. It's not that I enjoy it but I clean it with a cloth, better than having a giant mop and bucket lying around

I thought I was the only one! i

It is so peaceful to look at my carefully crafted washing line and imagining how each individual item of laundry has its own space and dimension to dry optimally and wrinkle free. No way my cleaner is taking that away from me.

Not because I enjoy it particularily, but when I had a cleaner I made sure the toilets were clean.

Hah, me and DP are both great appreciators of errrrm a well hung washing line!
No fun when it's shlumping about indoors with airers though.

Nonetheless, I am happy for a cleaner to take over the great pleasure of any and all task. I wish...
