Shoe storage - outside back door

I need some suggestions on how you store your 'garden' shoes please. Mine currently lie just outside the back door in a heap
I need a solution that will look neat amd also keep the shoes dry. We are fine at the moment, but once summer is over, I'll be looking at a bunch of flipflops and crocs that are constantly wet!

Nothing very expensive please.

Could you just buy a nice looking lidded plastic box? We have ours inside on the mat so will be watching with interest!

That woukd be one option sickmumma, but we cannot keep it inside as not much space... The kitchen/family room open out to the garden.
I wish we had thought of some kind of an extended roof when we did the extension!

Get a Keter box or bench - B&Q had the brown bench (no arms or back) type for £35 a couple of weeks ago. You can also store outdoor cushions in them although I'd probably bag them up first.

I had a keter box with lid and stored all my gardening stuff in there shoes, gloves, small tools, and other stuff very useful and kept everything dry.
