Hello. Anyone know what I can do about this situation? I ordered a bed frame online. They sent me a similar one but clearly not the same. The identical one to the one I got is one the website. The company are saying that colour and stitching may vary and they cannot exchange it. Ive sent photos to show them that the bed Ive assembled is not the one I ordered! I have gone past my 14 day cooling off period as I had in box for 2 weeks whilst I had floor laid! Anything I can do about this? thank you all in advance :)
