Urine on fabric sofa

Hi, I have a fabric sofa with non-removable covers. My DD is potty training and did 2 massive wee's yesterday on the cushions. I stupidly didn't try to soak it up with with kitchen roll (I was stressed out and busy showering my DD and just forgot) but instead just sprayed it with Rug Doctor urine eliminator. This morning, both cushions still stank of urine. I have tried to blot the cushions as much as i can to get the wee out and sponged them with a solution of bio washing powder and white vinegar. They still smell though. Does anyone have any suggestions? I can't afford to have the sofa professionally cleaned.

Thank you.

Best thing I discovered (from our old incontinent dog) is a mix of handhot water and biological washing powder - scrub the stain with that & the smell seemed to go

Thank you. My sympathies with you having an incontinent dog, that must have been very hard. I have that to come as my dog is getting on a bit! I've tried what you suggested and it has helped.
