Ikea hidrasund mattress. Anyone got one?

We are thinking of buying the new ikea hidrasund mattress and want to know if anyone has one and what they think.

We tried it in store and it looks and feels great and is a lower cost compared to other brands.

Any thoughts would be appreciated

Had one a short while. So far it’s great. Depends what you want out of it really. Compared to my previous bed in a box mattresses (2) it’s way more supportive of my back - I was previously sinking in more in the hips leaving an arched/extended back feeling and gradual onset of back pain. This problem is totally gone. However as I have the firm option it’s more supportive than luxuriously comfortable if that makes sense. Lying on my side is probably slightly less comfy but still good. Having said that the top layer of springs and latex foam is still really comfy and it’s a lot softer than their previous high(er) end mattress of equivalent firmness rating.

Other points - it’s very tall so would work best with a low bed. Also extremely heavy but who cares really (83 kg or so for superking)

There are reports that it loses some height or may sag which I suppose is the greatest concern but which? seemed to think it would be highly durable so with care it should be ok.

If it’s in any way an option to you I can’t recommend the largest size enough!
