We currently have a www.argos.co.uk/product/5532346?cmpid=GS001&_$ja=tsid:59157|acid:480-316-7430|cid:199888113|agid:17470725033|tid:pla-221602399473|crid:74692318353|nw:g|rnd:16853349292140166511|dvc:m|adp:1o1|mt:|loc:1006502&gclid=Cj0KCQjw77TbBRDtARIsAC4l83lAMJw3vgL0ueBPH0NzRAOzEGzQJfj8bJoy4LcN80tU9581mqJpTVgaApabEALw_wcB but I spend a lot of time lugging heavy buckets around and having wet floors.

We have muddy floors in some parts due to doggy feet!

Shark steam mop worth every penny it costs.

A spray mop, ideally one with removable canisters so you can swap between general cleaner and wood specific for example

I have various mop. 2 Spray mops, sponge squeezy mop, 2 steam mops the shark and a karcher and a regular vileda mop and bucket. By far the best is the regular mop and bucket.
Interesting that pp said shark steam mop was good because I hate mine and never use it because it's so bad.

Depending on the size of area you are dealing with the Veilda spray mop is great for ditching the bucket. However if you have a large area you'll end up constantly refilling it. We have large areas of tiles floors so I have recently invested in a Karcher FC5 - brilliant no mop no bucket and floors are squeaky clean.
