Large dark wooden floor - any fab brushes etc to make it easier to keep dustfree?

Just laid Indonesian walnut flooring throughout ground floor.
Anyone got any tips/products to make it easier to sweep/dust as it shows any speck of crumb and dust.
I got one of those microcloth type floor mops - but it seems to catch all the dust so far and then starts leaving stripes of white dust half way round the room. I think I'd have to take it outside and bang it on the wall to clean it off every few metres or so.

On our wood floor, I used to use a microfibre floor mop, but I kept the vacuum on hand - to vacuum the mop head. Now I use a well wrung out damp cloth (just water, no chemicals); the micro fibre mop fitting without the mop head is perfect and saves me from doing it on hands and knees. I usually need to rinse the cloth a couple of times to do the whole floor.

Are there any really wide mops out there? It seems to take me ages and I'll go off doing it if it takes too long every day.

I just use those pledge dusters that attract the dust, on a flat headed pledge mop (always call it a swiffer, but that's a diff brand isn't it).
