Storing baby clothes in loft

What's the best way to do this? I'm loathe to put them up there really as I'd hate for them to be ruined but I'm running out of storage options. I'm concerned about mould but not sure why... any advice?

Sorry- should add I'm hoping to use them again in a few years.

Vacuum bags

I kept mine in plastic crates in the loft. 2 years and 9 months between my boys and so far no issues when clothes have come down for them.

Vacuum bags. Pack them as tight as possible and they should be fine

I kept mine in bin bags in the loft for 5 years between my DC and they were fine!
