Medicines and things

Having a bit of a declutter/organise/rejig, where do people keep medicines, first aid stuff etc? Growing up it was all in the bathroom, but my bathroom now has very limited storage and also aiming for as spa-like a feel as possible, so stuffing the little cupboard with germolene and paracetamol doesn’t really fit with that!

Do people keep these things in the kitchen? I’ve seen that a lot on YouTube.

At the moment mine are in the dressing room tiny third bedroom can’t use for anything else but dressing room sounds grand but doesn’t really work there either.

I hunted round until I found a plastic box which fitted perfectly on the top shelf of a kitchen cupboard. It’s all in there neatly arranged which makes me feel strangely content! I decided on a plastic box so I didn’t have plasters raining down on my head and the inevitable landslide when you need something you can’t quite reach. Top shelf so well out of reach of DC

I also have my medicines stored together in a high up kitchen cupboard. I bought a storage box a bit like this (though mine was only £3.99 approx from home bargains or b&m about a year ago)

Mine are in a kitchen cupboard. I have three plastic boxes, one for stuff like paracetamol, ibuprofen, cough mixture, antihistamine etc., another for my prescription stuff and less used over the counter stuff, the third box has the thermometer, plasters and dressings. We also have a large “proper” first aid kit with dressings, gloves, face shields, burn dressings, foil blankets etc in the hall cupboard - I’m first aid trained and it’s come in useful a few times when there have been incidents outside.

Mine are also on the top shelf of a kitchen cupboard, in clip lid boxes that I found in Poundland.
