Steam mop that’s actually any good?

I’ve had two steam mops and both were a pain in the arse. They are hard work pushing them and I hate them! Anyone actually have a decent, easy, light steam mop that cleans properly?

I've got a Shark one that is pretty good. An S2901, it says. Has a fun nozzle attachment for doing your bathroom tiles. Something I love the idea of but will never actually use!

Watching with interest. Think I want a handheld bit on it but also light and easy to use!

LassoOfTruth Is it light and easy to use? This is the main thing I’m after 😊 thanks for your reply x

Yep, it's light and super easy to put together and use. Still has enough heft to it that means it's not flimsy. I'd say it weighs about 5lbs - I'm a weakling and don't struggle! I tend to just let the steam do the work and not shove it back and forward constantly. In that way it's a lot better than a conventional mop and the floor dries really quickly. This one comes with a series of attachments you can replace the handle with, so that it becomes a hand-held steamer for tiles/windows or whatever

Does it stand up when not in use? Sorry to quiz!

Vorfreude Floor Mop with Integrated Spray. Brilliant!

But that's a spray mop, not a steam mop, sorry Grin

Does it stand up? Hmm, not sure. I have to store mine upside-down, it gets sort of wedged in to a cupboard! I think it would need to lean against a wall or something.

The VAX. I bought the cheapest one as I only want to use water on my floor. It's brilliant. Heats up within seconds and cleans very well. I was sceptical but would certainly recommend.
