Would really appreciate some help. My husband put my favourite Indi and Cold green jeans through a 40 degree wash (with whites and other colours!) and the leather has bled on the jeans and stained them.
This happened on the one day in 5 years I've been in bed sick. I take care of these and always put them on a 30 handwash cycle. I could kill him - I mean who does that?!
Apart from the other ruined clothes I'd love to save these jeans as they are perfect for me and I can't find them anywhere to replace them.
I've washed them 3 times so far with vanish spray and then vanish gel really rubbed in. The stains have lessened but still very visible.
Does anyone have any ideas of things that might work?
This pic is taken with vanish gel on the stain. There are multiple other stained areas. I may have to kill him if I have to bin them.
