What are your must have things in a utility room?

My utility room is almost finished and wondered what things you guys have or would have in your utility room, and I'm not meaning washing machine/tumble dryer.

Rail to hang clothes on - wet or dry.

Shelving or cupboards to store all your cleaning stuff. If I could I would also have liked to fit in my free standing air drier and ironing board. Outside door is a nice to have it's great when dryer is on - sink is also a must - enjoy 😉

If it's anything like mine, soon it will be broken clothes pegs and random chemicals. I'd love a lockable cabinet for that.

A bin for empty washing powder/liquid containers, random fluff and other boys that will make the room scruffy.

Space for the washing basket
Worktop space

Pulley if you have reasonably high ceilings.
