looking for multi cleaner that smells nice

i usually use bleach for moping floors, work surface, clean bath and toilet. happy with this but bleach doesn't leave the house smelling nice.
I have zoflora that I spray onto sofa and fabrics, curtains etc but I know this aint a germ buster.

thought about using flash on the floors maybe for a nicer smell but thought id ask on here for any suggestions.
I know theres simple home made solutions like vinegar and that but im more after a product that will kill germs and leaves a nice aroma in the home. I cant use the plug-ins or insence as they give me a head ache.

If you're made of money I recommend Method.

MarmaladeIsMyJam · 21/07/2018 11:18

Method for everything here! Pink grapefruit/rhubarb and almond for floor cleaner. Mint for the bathroom.

RoseDog · 21/07/2018 11:19

I just converted to Method last week...I may never go back to harsh cleaners!

RoseDog · 21/07/2018 11:20

Tesco currently have method products in 3 for £6!

happyfrown · 21/07/2018 11:41

brilliant im going Tesco soon for a shop!

I don't mind spending a bit more if its going to smell like ive spent 4hrs + cleaning Grin unlike the bleach which dies down soon after and I can walk in the door and doesn't smell like ive touched the place.

thanks

Anything by method! My favourite is the rhubarb it smells unreal!

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 21/07/2018 15:10

Tesco also do their own brand of products (similar vein to Method) , I bought a bottle of the washing detergent for DH sports gear.

My favourite cleaner is OzClean (from Costco) it smells deliciously orangey. There's a kitchen one in mint that I might try.

Tesco ownbrand non-Bio wash liquid is lovely smelling .

Splosh.

Been using it for years.

Smells excellent and is a wonderful cleaner.

You get an initial starter pack and then the refils come in the post.

Use the code A84889 to get some £ off your first order.

girlandboy · 21/07/2018 15:53

Of course Zoflora is a germ buster...it's disinfectant!! Disinfectant kills germs!

andalittlebitofpixiedust · 21/07/2018 16:12

Seconding method rhubarb. Yum.

Zoflora is a disinfectant.

Would an essential oil diffuser give you some nice smells without headaches?

andalittlebitofpixiedust · 21/07/2018 16:34

Splosh looks interesting, that ks for the recommendation! .... I am too flighty to commit but the starter pack is cheap. Good gift for someone setting up house for the first time. If you know them well!

andalittlebitofpixiedust · 21/07/2018 16:36

And OMG that discount code is huge.

LatteAndLettuce · 21/07/2018 16:40

Lavender detol?

niknac1 · 21/07/2018 17:01

Lidl 1 litre of W5 Lavender All Purpose Cleaner is 69p and smells nice

43percentburnt · 21/07/2018 18:59

Has Anyone got another splash discount code? The one above no longer works. Maybe they can only be used once? Can someone PM me one please.

TellsEveryoneRealFacts · 21/07/2018 19:05

Method

MeYouWye · 21/07/2018 19:22

Anyone else miss the 'multi' and think this thread was about something else? Grin

PickAChew · 21/07/2018 19:24

Why the need to kill germs on everything? Zoflora actually is a disinfectant if that's what you want.

Love the pink grapefruit method, for general cleaning, though.

N0tfinished · 21/07/2018 19:32

I reuse old spray bottles, a good squeeze of Flash multi surface cleaner, splash of whichever zoflora im liking (pink grapefruit right now) & fill up with water. I use it on floors too.

Ah OK I read somewhere before that zoflora didnt kill certain germs? Must of had a foggy brain!
pickachew I'd love to be less obsessive over cleaning but I have MH and the slightest odd smell can trigger me into a deep clean session.
I picked up mint for bathroom, multi surface pink pomelo and kitchen clementine ones from tesco great bargain 3 for £6.

I love Method too. And apple dettol is good if you need to kill germs without smelling like a hospital.

BikeRunSki · 21/07/2018 21:08

Flash lavender all purpose cleaner

happyfrown · 21/07/2018 21:09

Haven't ignored other suggestions, will check them out too (smile)
