Marble floors

Does anyone have marble floors. We had ours professionally cleaned and they look great. What do I use to keep them looking that way?

Any help much appreciated.

We had marble floors when I was growing up. I remember the use of a swiffer or a dry mop every day because water on the marble floor is bad and other stuff would stain them so quickly. Never use the green side of the sponge to wipe something up as it will scratch the marble and could stain. And never ever use vinegar or household cleaner on the floors, water with a bit of fairy liquid only and then you have to mop a second time with clean water and a clean mop to get the soap scum off. And THEN dry the floor after mopping using a towel because water on the marble floor is bad. We were all conditioned to wipe up any spills the second they happened so they wouldn't make cleaning the floors more difficult than it had to be.

They're lovely to look at and so nice and cool in hot weather though

I’ve been using fairy liquid and then rinsing and dry with a swiffer so that’s great. Thanks for the reply.
