We just bought a nice new fan to cool upstairs before we go to sleep but I'm noticing that it's not any cooler upstairs, nor does it feel cooler when I use it in the study when i work. Our windows have been.open as it's boiling here but I'm wondering if that's effecting it (as the fan is not faulted either)
Im not sure if it makds a differencd so when you use a fan, do you leave windows open or closed?? Any advice?
