Unshrinking viscose

I did a batch of handwashing over the weekend and managed to shrink the lot, despite using very cool water. Has anyone tried the online 'unshrinking' method of soaking in baby shampoo and reshaping the garment? Does it work?

I haven't, but it's got to be worth a try?

iron it....damp to dry, pretty hot iron and keep it moving like the wind.

Viscose always shrinks, but irons very well and will return to size in my experience

Oh fab, I'll give ironing a try, it seems quicker than soaking and stretching!
