I don't seem to get on with any!

Can anyone recommend a very good one please?

Best basic one is Vileda steam mop...Amazon normally £48.19 but currently £64.99 so hang on if you fancy trying it. It just does floors. Pads easy to replace and wash on 60c with Daz and soda crystals.

Having had and moved on 3 of these buggers I'm going to say no! They do clean, don't get me wrong, but they're SUCH a faff.

I've got an e-mop (e-cloth mop... something like that!) and it's a million times easier to use than any mop I've ever had (and I've had a lot of mops). All mops are much of a muchness in my opinion on how they perform, they all clean, they all work but for me now it's about ease and convenience of use. I want something I can just grab, do the job quickly and efficiently and put away.

Too much bother!

I'm inclined to agree with you. And my Karcher steam only lasts about 10 mins. Useless when you're trying to clean the whole house.

Clicked on this to say get an e-cloth mop and I see MarsBars has beaten me to it! So much easier and quick to use. I do use detergent with mine, not just water, but it's loads quicker and easier than steam. I have a Karcher that I haven't plugged in once since we moved house 7 months ago Blush. I might just sell it actually.....

I love our H20 and use it all the time!
