Cereal Bowls that fit well in dishwasher

I've still got, and use, my M & S Autumn Leaves cereal bowls which slot into the dishwasher as easily as tea plates. Though pattern has faded to invisibility I'm keeping them because that shape of bowl is not available to buy new in the shops any more. Any crockery makers out there, can you please bring back that shape of bowl so we can squeeze more bowls into our machines?

Yes! Totally agree

We have 6 pj masks bowls that the dc got for Easter this year, and they fit perfectly in the dishwasher.
So, I've hidden some of the other bowls Blush like the giant black ones that just refuse to stack in any way, and the stupid fucking Ikea frog bowl.
Dh ate ice cream from a pj masks bowl earlier, without being asked Grin

I've wondered about this too - so many are hard to stack. It should be part of product testing! Generally it helps if the bowl slopes in at a fairly shallow angle.

The M&S melamine ones currently available in their picnic range stack nicely in the dishwasher. They are cream with green leaves on.

You need to look in the charity shops for old fashioned bowls which 'stack' sideways next to each other. I have an obsession with searching for them and now have more than a dozen.

Getting diverted, they are smaller, as are 2nd hand plates and wine glasses. No wonder we are all getting fatter.

Glad it's not just me on the impossible search! Our crockery is down to 7 cereal bowls and 6 dinner plates. Been looking for replacement set for years. Bowls are either noodle bowl shape which won't fit at all or massive which won't fit on the top shelf of the washer and teens will fill completely meaning having to buy industrial quantities of cereal . If anyone finds any 'normal' ones please share !

We use Ikea 365 dinner plates and bowls and don't have a problem with them fitting in the dishwasher. They're so cheap you could but a couple just to test see if they fit good enough for you :)
