Mini/desk top Fridge

Firstly, I know this is pretty much the epitome of a First World Problem but there we go....

I have an integrated fridge freezer - standard size (I guess - it came with newbuild house) but not American... salad drawers and then four shelves (including the "lid" to the salad drawers.)

I don't know if its us (probably) but we seem to constantly have two shelves taken up with jars of condiments (at least 2 possibly 3 mustards, tamarind, Harissa, gherkins, preserved lemons, hot sauces, homemade sauces, mayonnaise, mint sauce, horse radish, hoummous, Korean chili paste, jam etc, etc ... (the containers on the inside of the door are already taken up with butter, ketchup etc so I can't move anything there...)

We use all that stuff regularly so its not that we have a sudden glut and then it goes back to normal. Now I accept there is some housekeeping I could do (and I wish I could buy some of the products in smaller packaging).

Would I be completely mad to buy a mini fridge to use just for condiments (or at least some of them Grin ). it would have to either go in the utility (taking up work surface space) or in the garage.

It makes me think [in a Carrie, sex and the city style] am I the only one with an overload of condiments, am I buying them as a replacement for failings elsewhere in my life? obvs Carrie wouldn't have had this problem as she only had space in her apartment for shoes/clothes

Please tell me you all own mini condiment fridges and I can finally find my tribe...
