PLease!!

I am fuming regarding a delivery I got yesterday that was basically SHIT

I was under the (mis) conception that at the bottom of my receipt alongside YOUR SAVINGS TODAY it would say what i have saved on 2 for 1's etc

I was estimated £80 worth of savings but appear to have none

The store manager says it does not say on a receipt the savings ...

DOES IT????

Last line before 'nectar card statement' is 'Your savings today, total discounts' followed by a number and amount

bit late but yes my delivery was today

receipt has balance due
credit card details
change
your savings today total discounts (number of discounts) then amount you've saved

Must admit £80 worth of discount is very impressive !

Hope you get the money back

Delivery drivers always tell me to ring the store the stuff came from rather than the customer helpline as (and sorry if anyone on here works there and is reading this!) They're useless

Good luck
