Smart Meter reading to give to a different supplier - how to do it??????

Hi

Ive got an EDF smart meter and need to give a reading to another supplier that can't read my smart meter as yet (ESB energy)

How do I take a Gas reading & an electricity reading form the EDF smart meter?

Unfortunately that doesn't relate to the EDF style metres and I can't seem to see the reading on the ones under the cupboard either.
