Window cleaners and soggy windows

Does your window cleaner leave the windows sopping wet to air dry? My new window cleaner uses a long reach brush (so no ladder) and left all the windows soaking wet. They dried quickly in the sunshine and are undoubtedly cleaner than they were but when you look closely there are loads of water marks. Do window cleaners not use squeegees anymore? Do I need to find one with a ladder and a chamois or is that 'old skool' now?

Mine does the same as yours but he uses purified water and so it really doesn’t leave any streaks, totally, lean smear free windows. Maybe that’s what yours is attempting but something’s gone wrong with his water supply?
