Fixing a mirror

I have a vintage guitar shaped mirror that has one crack across the neck where it meets the body. It grieved me badly when this happened, dropped by a visitor. I was about to sling it and then wondered if I could fix it. Any advice or ideas?

Maybe drape a guitar strap artfully across the crack, op?

I thought of that today. I need to reassess the damage and exactly where it is

What's that japanese repair method called? You repair things with the join intended to be visible.

Kintsugi

Thanks. I'll look that up

I love that Kintsugi. I might have to smash a few things to have a go at it!
Unfortunately the crack in the mirror is not where I thought, it is right across the main body of the guitar. I may have to bin it Sad
