I'm in the process of buying a new dishwasher. Have settled on a Bosch slimline integrated one which John Lewis is offering for £689, then a further charge for delivery, installation and removal of old one (a Miele - 10 years old and would cost as much to replace the parts needed as buying a new Bosch, so no-brainer for me) of around £105.
Cameo Kitchens offer the same dishwasher for £573, also 2 year parts and labour guarantee. They will take away and dispose of the old one for £15. I'd have to arrange installation myself, but I'm pretty sure I can manage that for less than the £90 JL wants.
This seems like a big saving, but does anyone have any experience of this supplier? If they go out of business in the next 2 years, how do I go about organising repairs under warranty?
