We now have a shocking three old mobiles and an ipad that doesnt work sitting in my top dresser drawer and I want to get rid of them but DH is saying they are worth something. Don't want to use ebay as it's such a hassle. Anyone know where I can sell them? I used to use Cex but dont think they are even around nowadays! x hello

Just realised that Cex are still going as webuy.com, has anyone used them? I am reluctant to send it to them if they will then lower the offer by something silly x.

I haven’t used either unfortunately (also posting to bump for you too).but if they’re anything like Music Magpie, then watch for devaluation (although they most good ones offer a guarantee as in if they give you a value and the item comes in to them as described, then they’ll pay what was valued or return the item).

However, it seems to be standard operating practice of MM devaluating (on CDs and DVDs anyway).

Having previously worked for a Mobile phone company for many years, I have receycled a lot of phones and it was always through O2 recycle, never ever had a problem.

Ok thanks a lot. I had a look here seems Cex were the highest last week but not anywhere now. O2 recycle are very low paying, but maybe thats the realistic price I will get with any of them! www.sellcompare.co.uk/apple/phone/Apple_iPhone_7_Plus_128GB

CEX still have a store in our town. Plus you will always find the independent second hand electronic shop floating about in most towns.
