Kondo Question

Do you actually feel "joy" when you hold items in your hands?

I've started Kondo-ing this week and it's already allowed me to chuck out clothes I've had for - in some cases - decades Shock but actually I'm putting that down to the 'power of the pile'.

However I don't really 'feel' anything except exhausted (baby's not been sleeping well) when I hold each item of clothing. I don't really feel "joy" or "heavy".

Am I not focusing enough?

Do you have anything you do really like? Your absolute fave top/necklace/whatever? Pick that up to recognise the feeling- you might find you actually smile!
If you are feeling no joy whatsoever about anything at all then maybe you are too knackered and you should sleep rather than kondo this month...(and if the lack of joy is across your whole life, not just your wardrobe, speak to your GP in case you are depressed...)
