Removing tomato stain from clothing?

My DD (4) got tomato sauce on her favourite dress yesterday. It’s 100% cotton. I soaked it in cool water and used vanish bar to pre treat before a cool wash but has come out stained. We have no sun here today so can’t rely on that to bleach it out! Any suggestions to sort it out?

Shout stain remover is the best stuff I've used for stains
I spray some on and use a toothbrush to gently scrub the stain
You could also try vanish stain soap bar thing, that's pretty good!!!

Wait until it’s sunny again and peg it out.

Washing up liquid rubbed in. Also, next time it's sunny, soak the dress in cold water and shove it outside. The sun eill still remove it at a later date.

yes to hanging it up outside.
overcast day also works, just not as quickly,

I second washing up liquid. Fairy is the best but others do well too. I rub it in and then let it set for a few hours, sometimes over night and then just wash as normal.

Sun always gets it out for me so hang it outside

Even putting it on a sunny window ledge indoors works.
