Friday's Mission

I'm back

I managed to tidy upstairs, and hoover throughout.
Put 3 piles of clean clothes away.
Tidy up the kitchen.

I have just fed the kids, and they are now watching "Cars" so I am now going to crack on with this filing.

Sorry squatt didn't see you there! Long time no see! Sorry your grandmother is ill. I hope you find a way to visit her. ((( hugs )))

Luda well done.I have just stopped for cake and a drink! Its a bit sweet and sickly though!

~ e-mail a few friends (long overdue and several of them are on this thread! Sorry!)
~ take dd to swimming lesson
~ chat to ds about his music and whether he wants to continue (must not forget this)
~ find smart clothes for Sunday
~ ironing

Right. That noon deadline worked for me. I think I'll carry on for a bit longer before having lunch. See you later!

Hi Yadda no haven't tried that worst thing is dh is on work until 8 tonight so I have to go get the 3 kiddies and feed them/bath them etc with this. Off to go dope myself up on super strength ibuprofen and hope it works

Did manage to put away the shopping though!!

Ds and I are back and have had lunch No wellies in the right size so we'll need to look further afield over the weekend if there's time.
Need to make up the beds but some of the bedding is still damp so it'll have to wait. Maybe I'll do some prep for work tomorrow while ds is happy and quiet...keep putting it off but I must get it done.
Better get on - time is passing quickly today!

Filing going quite well...considering DD2 keeps "helping" and DS keeps trying to get my attention! I have refiled the house paperwork and done some of the business bank work.
It isn't as bad as I thought it was going to be.
I have a few folders of things I have no idea what to do with though.

Anyhoo...must get on...tort get that music back on and keep boogieing your doing great so far.

Feel a bit odd, had serious tummy trouble this morning and I think things are catching up with me. I feel shattered but there is FLYing to do so I'll have a bit of a rest and hope I get some motivation back.

Was going to make Garlic bread but DH forgot to fetch the butter even though I called to remind him. He then went off in a huge strop

Patch update...Patch now has a housemate. I found it this morning in DS's playhouse while I was pegging out. I think s/he is settling in and Patch has been to sit on it. The new friend is called Austin. Hope s/he settles in well. It's mollusc madness at Grouchy's

Feeling humanish again, I'll watch neighbours and get my to do's done...ttfn

I wanted 'spot' as it has a spot on it's shell but DS insisted it's called Austin. Ah well it's his mollusc, i just keep an eye on it.

I've read the thread but too much to reply to at the moment.

I have cut the grass and found my phone charger this afternoon (in with dps tools)It is beautiful and sunny here now, and I have friends coming after school, so just got time to run round with the hoover.

Hi I'm back and I've done most of my ironing, hurray!! Going to put the school uniforms in the wash in a minute and get them all ironed later so then I don't have to worry about it when other half's friend is over.

Just now need to kick other half off the x box and off to the doctors, he still has his headache even though he's dosed up on medication. I do hope that they sort him out.

Well, I'll be back later after the kids are in bed and will update then.

ok hands up, it was such a nice day we spent an hour and a half playing in the park after school !

We got drenched on the way home from school which means my washing did too . Weather was ok when i left home, just cloudy!

i suppose i should get the washing in now!

EHM I really do hope your back gets better. My other half has had a headache for the last 6 days which hasn't got any better, so he went off to the doctors this afternoon and has now been put on Tramadol which should make him feel better. I am absolutely shattered now and I am going to have a long lie in tomorrow morning, I need it!

Aufish Hope DH is better soon. Watch Tramadol though. I belive they are quite adictive.

Hello to all. Sorry this is a brief post so won't say much except I hope everyone who isn't well feels much better soon. I'm going to copy and paste my list here so that I can find it tomorrow, though, truth be told, I'm going to have a packed w/e so probably won't be able to do much of it. Sigh.

Done:-
~ walk dog Ooops. Ds did this actually.
~ take dd to swimming lesson
~ lots of sorting out of papers. I've recycled lots and shredded some, too.
~ a good few loads of washing. Put most on line or airer.
~ posted a letter to friend and started writing another whilst dd was swimming
