This year, Mumsnet Reviews want to find the best vacuum cleaners on the market, and we need your help to decide which ones to put to the test.

If you've bought and loved a vacuum cleaner in the last two years, we want to hear about it! Tell us which one you loved and why you loved it. Your comments will help us to establish which vacuums to test to find the ultimate vacuum cleaner.

Sebo Felix oh my goodness its brilliant, twirls round corners, slips under radiators, brushes up flattened carpets, drives itself and I haven't even used it on full power yet.

Harry hoover (Henry's pet hair removing friend).

We have two dogs and you cannot tell, I like it because it's more robust to chuck around the house.

The spares are cheap to replace and the heap filter bags go a long way.

Only thing is he's bloody massive to store unless you have a cupboard to hide him in.
There been many a 'wtf is Harry doing out again, can he go away please!?'

I used to do domestic and private cleaning, one lady insisted on me using her Dyson handheld and I felt it wasted time, was flimsy and not worth the money. I reckon if you've just got hard floors throughout it would b ok but crap on carpeted areas.

Sebo X4 Pet. It's a bit pricey yet powerful and effective.

I've bought 2 in the last 8 months, dyson lightball (shite) shortly followed by a shark lift away with pet attachment.

My original 10 year old Dyson was better than the shark (I don't like it falling over so easily when I am using the tools), but newer Dysons are poor.

After much deliberation I bought a Bosche Athlet cordless vacuum. £200.00. I Love it. It stands in the corner ready for a quick vac after meals. A good upright. It has good suction and cleans carpet well when on setting 2 and 3. Setting one is for hard floors. Changing to attachments is fiddly and requires some strength in the hands. Not helped by the smooth contours of the machine as there is not much to grip onto.

Pros: Good for carpets. Hepa filter for allergies.

Up to 1 hour vacuuming before recharging.

Cons: Less good for flexibility.
