Hi,

I have about 6 bottles left of tonic water and soda water, all reaching expiry date. Is there anything i could do with them housekeeping wise? I dont drink myself so it seems a shame to waste!

Using to flush the toilet until used up?

In place of water from tap in the mop bucket? Or if you use a steam mop, I can’t see fizzy water doing that much harm to a steam mop.

Likewise for the iron?

Mixed with a drop of washing up liquid and fill up your windscreen washer tank in the car (can’t tell you the amount of times I have had to pull in to a petrol station and buy a cheap bottle of dish liquid and a big bottle of mineral water to fill up a completely dry windscreen washer tank and I’ve been loathe to pay £££ for washer solution as I already have some at home).

Errr tonic water is full of sugar etc, so don't use it like ordinary water!
I'd ignore the best before date, it's not going to go that weird , surely? Or press it on a friend!

Ask your friends who drink gin or vodka.
