appalling customer service at dylon And need some advice/help

I used a dylon in wash dye on some towels great result. I then rinsed the machine twice. I then washed a few dark washes.still all good. then I washed my white table linen. which now has a pale blue tinge. I contacted dylon owned by Henkel. and they started off really helpful . a rescue pack arrived the next day. still no joy. I recontacted the coustomer service lady and was told that id need to send the table linen to them for the claims dept to look at. no problem I did this but the package is too big to send by royal mail so has to be sent parcel force . still no problem. great parcel force accepted delivery but don't deliver po boxes. finally get package back and send back head office where it was signed for. I informed the customer service lady a joan Henderson. who quite rudely emailed back "we said send it royal mail" I have since emailed nu,merous times and have been ignored so I tried emailing the general manager/director of laundry aMr Mark Tyers .who is also ignoring me. so the upshot is I have no table linen in excess of £200 and no way to get it back it seems anyone please help

Dylon seem to be terrible at handling/accepting any liability for errors with their products.

I’d recommend going as high as you can, email the CEO of Henkel, it probably won’t be him dealing, it will go to something along the lines of an “executive relations team”, but there will be a few grumbles internally that your complaint ever had to get that far.
