Measuring for blinds - help needed.

I want to buy some cheap ready made roller blinds. It's a rented house and just need something to freshen up the room.

There are already blinds up in the room. I'm looking at Harry Corry which is about as far as my budget can stretch.

Does anyone know what way the blinds are supplied? Are they on a roller that I can just fit to the existing fittings?

Also do I measure the full size of the window including frame or just the glass itself?

If you have a look at any online blind company they have guides on how to measure for blinds. If the blind is going inside the window you measure the full width wall to wall not just the glass. All fittings are different and will be supplied with blind.
