Nail varnish on a velvety bed spread

I forgot I'd just done my toe nails and smeared bright red nail varnish on our lovely bed spread!

My toes are completely summer sandal ready but how can I get the red varnish off? It's a velvety one

I got nail varnish on my carpet once... and randomly, window and glass cleaner got it off!
