Hi - selling one house and buying another and wondering how much it'd cost for a professional deep clean of both to save me the hassle!

House being sold is typical 3 bed semi; one being moved into is larger, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 3 reception rooms. Anyone any ideas?

About £300, possibly more if it's a very large house. Included should be washing carpets/flooring, skirting boards, walls where needed, bathroom, kitchen, doors, windows and window sills. They would probably send at least two people and should be finished by mid afternoon if they start promptly at 9am. Oven cleaning is usually specialist, definitely worth it if its required and will cost upward of £60. If you get it all done the same day it helps.

Have done this several times with rented places. HTH.

Thanks iffy! I might get it done for house we're moving into (it's been empty for a while, is very dusty and me and DS are asthmatic.....) but not bother for the one we're moving out of. Couldn't afford both!
