Marks on dress after washing

I bought a khaki dress from tescos denim range, washed it and dried it and it came out of the dryer with these marks on... I'm not sure if it's because of the material? Anyone know how to get them out?

The picture was taken whilst ironing - in the hopes maybe this would sort it!

It looks like the dye has come out. Is it over-dyed?

Sometimes the machine doesn't wash all the soap suds out - this happens to my dh's jeans

I then put them on a short wash cycle with no washing powder, so just water and that usually sorts them out
