How to clean big (2m x 3m) rug?

Hi
Anyone know how best to get a big rug cleaned? Is it worth hiring a carpet cleaner thingy (rug doctor?) just for this? We have wood elsewhere. Or can I roll it up and take it to someone? Who? Where?

Thanks!

You can hire a rug doctor etc, but a lot of dry cleaning places offer upholstery/tapestry etc cleaning (Johnson’s dry cleaners definitely do), there is even a Johnsons drive through dry cleaner near me 🤣

I had two rugs cleaned last week, 10 ft x 14 ft and 7 ft x 10 ft. A local firm cleaned them in situ, cost £65.
