What to do about Dh's /household stuff?

I have started de-cluttering in the kitchen. The under sink cupboard is in the worst state, with random bits of plastic crap that DP is keeping 'in case'. He is away atm. Do I pile up the stuff that I can't make a decision about and ask him when he gets back? or simply chuck it, and deal with the wrath later when he can't find the thing he needs. (I'm talking about bits and pieces from old dishwashers and old toothbrushes that get used for cleaning small areas - that type of thing)

There are many more pots, drawers, baskets etc that are full of this kind of thing. It's very energy draining, and any mention of it is taken as criticism.

I feel your pain. I'd chuck. I do this sort of thing frequently. I get the blame for things DH can't find anyway, so I may as well 😁

I'd chuck it, then proclaim innocence when he goes looking for the things, chances are he probably won't.

I've had this before.

Asked him what random crap is for, he's told me, I've chucked it anyway, he hasn't noticed Grin
