Help! Clueless - daily/weekly jobs lists?

I'm trying to get properly clean and tidy. To the point that I don't mind people popping in and don't have to make excuses for the mess/dust etc.

I hired a lady to help me declutter bit it's the everyday bits I'm struggling with. I don't want to do a massive blitz every month (school holiday). Can anyone point me in the direction of a REALLY USEFUL list to do a little bit every day?
I've downloaded an app but I have to add the chores manually with frequency etc and I really just want to be able to delete stuff I'm not going to do!

Thanks!

Never go to bed with washing up still to do. Same for a wipe down of surfaces, cooker etc. It's so nice to be confronted with a tidy kitchen in the morning.
Encourage children to put dirty clothes in washing basket. Do washing before it overspills. Tidy coffee tables, stairs, encourage cost hanging, shoes away every day. Keep a clean hallway daily if you have one. Depending on the of children all toys away daily or screens out away daily. No clutter anywhere makes your home look tidy - even if it's a bit grubby ! Hoover and dust when you can . Flowers in the home is welcoming. Open windows ( once this bloody winter is over ) for awhile daily for fresh air in the home. Keep Windows clean inside/out also regularly wipe frames. Clean/ tidy bathroom daily.

I think it all depends on how many children you have, how old are they, and whether or not you have pets.

I have 1 DS (15), no pets, and we don't wear shoes inside.

Daily:
Washing up, putting crockery away and wiping surfaces. Put any recycling straight in the recycling bin.

Weekly:
Vacuum downstairs and clean the bathroom. Empty the rubbish.

Fortnightly:
Vacuum the whole house, mop hard floors, clean the kitchen sink and drainer with Flash bleach, dust the whole house, and clean mirrors and screens.

Monthly:
Maintenance wash of the washing machine, clean the 'fridge, clean the microwave, and vacuum sofas.

I do jobs such as cleaning the windows approximately every 3 months (a window cleaner does the outside more frequently) and wiping down woodwork, some high dusting to get rid of cobwebs, cleaning the kitchen cupboards and the oven every 6-12 months.
