Ashamed of Ashford!

Dear Good Housekeepers

I am ashamed to say that I have just cleaned my bedroom from top to bottom and the dust and feathers under my bed was shameful! I found a hot water bottle that used to be blue and was covered in feathers and a trainer that lost its other half a long time ago and was sent to the big trainer graveyard in the sky! I rediscovered cross stitch stuff that I thought I'd thrown out and worst still a nightdress that had fallen down the back of the bed some years ago!

I am, however, proud to say, that there is not a speck of dust in there now and I have seen the error of my ways and will endeavour to remember that dust is not just surface deep and do my best to ensure that I follow this thread more carefully in the future!

Yours

(btw - I don't actually live in Ashford - its all about illiteration!!

there will be dust though .. as soon as the fruits of your labour settle back down

however if you'd left it alone .. no dust

it finds an equilibrium I find

I know. Its the feather that are worse tbh and everytime I change the sheets, I look like a chicken when I've finished!

Thankyou I can't wait to go to bed now. There's nothing nicer than the feeling of contentment and clean fresh sheets!
