Mine has never ever been clean. Ever. I can’t get it clean. Even when I think it’s clean it’s still covered once it’s dry. We live in an extremely chalky area. Any tips?

Thanks everyone. Off to google all of these things.

I’ve decided we always go on holiday to soft water areas. Even after a week in a Haven caravan there isn’t a drop of lime scale on the screen and we certainly don’t clean it in that time! At home it’s covered in a couple of days.

Of to invest in a squeegee and 10 different bottles of cleaning stuff...

I ran a b&b in a very hard water area and it is hard to keep the limescale down, but doable! I used viakal and bathroom cleaner on the shower screens. Lather up with a wet mircrofibre cloth (I use e-cloths), rinse, and, most importantly, dry with an old towel/rag. If you don't dry it the water from rinsing leaves marks.

It was quite a shock when I came from a soft water area! So glad I don't work there any more Grin

Get a window vac! Works wonders on any glass surfaces. Just spray and scrub with a normal bathroom cleaner and then suck all the dirty water off
