Wobbly washing machine

My kitchen has laminate flooring that stops at the kitchen units. Beyond that, there’s cement, not very even. Right at the back there is the waste pipe, the floor around it is awful, basically a bit of a hole.
My washing machine can’t be levelled on that, so it’s ‘dancing’ every time it spins.

How do I solve this? Do I put more laminate? Do I cement around the waste pipe so it’s level, do I cement the whole lot again?
I know there are adjustable bases for appliances, but the machine is heavy and I can’t adjust it properly. Plus, there’ll be dust and whatnot gathering under the adjustable base that I’ll never be able to clean.

Anybody ever solved this problem? Thank you.
