Whirlpool dishwasher ADP 7652

HELP,
I own a whirlpool dishwasher ADP 7652 for around 3 years, lately i have noticed that the rinse aid light stays on after any cicle even in spite that the rinse aid dispenser is full!!! Any ideas????

Does it need resetting once refilled?
