Neff oven issues

Help i’m having problems with my new Neff oven!
1.After 7 months of trying my roast potatoes continue to be soggy( never had a problem previously)
2.On Circotherm mode the fan switches on and off intermittently. I know it should do this on Circoroast but is it correct on Circotherm?

1. The Eco clean keeps shouting at me when I switch the oven on and I only did an eco clean last week. Also I read on an older thread that the rails and shelves can be left in when in cleaning mode and don’t have to be removed as stated in the instruction manual.

I'm having the same issue as number 3 above - did anyone work out why it says I have to do a clean every time I turn it on?
If we can leave the accessories in, that would be good!!

Tweet Neff - especially about number 1. That’s so wrong, soggy potatoes, bleurgh.

I am planning on getting a Neff oven. I really hope there is a fix!
