Today's Mission

Aufish that sounds lovely. We used to do maypole dancing here on May Bank Holiday but it's stopped in recent years cos there's not enough people to help organise it

We have scarecrows at an open garden day next month - the older primary school children make them and they're always fun
Yadda keep calm!

We have 6 little sunflower shoots now, it's amazing what good a little bit of rain does to the garden

Have been to the supermarket, cleaned the fridge and unpacked the shopping. Lunch will be ready in a minute then we'll decide if it's too wet to go to the fete - I expect it will be Swimming is cancelled cos dd misbehaved in the shops

hi everyone, sorry havnt been around, dd been ill and then comp went down and now my bro has had a motorbike accident so dont think il be around much this week, but hopefully il see you all soon!

Hello all.
I have half an hour alone now!
DD's are at contact (back at 2.30). DS's have gone with their Dad to watch a stunt bike/car display! Back at 5. I hope it doesn't get rained off! Mixture of sunshine and showers at the moment.
Haven't really got much done today. Will have to do lots tomorrow.SW is coming at 3.15 so i need it tidy!!

sort of, he'll survive but hes drugged up to the eyeballs, got to have an operation on his arm to put a plate in it and has a chest drain in atm, all a bit scary!

Oh dear. i hope all goes well and he is out of hospital soon. must of given you all a real scare.

Floor tidy and hoovered before DD's got home and half the washing sorted into piles. Its now all been sorted and put away.

All 4 in bed.
Lunches done and kitchen cleanish!
Made crazy cookies to put in lunch boxes in the morning when cooled.
I am totally shattered tonight. And even though the front room was tidy at 3.30 its now a tip again. i can't keep up with this everyday.

4 is very hard work on your own tort and they are little if you are tired it is no wonder.

Thanks GF. Am just on a bit of a downer tonight. I will be ok. Lack of adult convo is driving me mad! Didn't go out much last week with DD1 being ill and long weekend drags on!
DS's fighting and hitting/kicking out is getting to me as well. Not sure best way to stop them.
They are at their dads tomorrow for overnight stop so i will have a rest from having 4 for one night!
