I dont know if this is the correct thread to post this on. I just wondered how you all share things with your partner? I would love to set something up online to share emails or things that he needs to do or remember. This seems a bit formal but I just feel sometimes like everything is left to me and that I am constantly reminding him and telling him about all the things that he needs to do or know. How does everyone else cope with this or any tips you can give to me? Do I create some sort of command centre but would he even look at it or take action, I stick things on the fridge and he ignore it as he says " I just get used to seeing it there "

There's a lists app called Keep which is useful - you can share lists with other people. May do the job?

LTB.
I’ve tried different ways over the years and if someone just doesn’t see it as “their” responsibility they won’t do it, and you’ll spend time worrying about tasks you think they’re doing in case they don’t do them. Gets worse when you have children.

We use Google keep and a shared calendar but tbh I still have to nag, but I'm at home all the time, so have the brain space to chase.

My OH set up shared calendars on our phones. He ONLY uses this calendar so I find it a bit cluttered (football fixtures are on there, and everything he ever does) - I use the kitchen calendar as well as I like to see everything 'at a glance' plus the kids like a kitchen calendar (too young for phones) - they might be 'too young' for calendars but they seem to enjoy looking at it and working out when things are happening.
Get him to choose the system. If he has lazy fecker tendencies, whatever you choose will be wrong. If he chooses the system, he had responsibility!
