i keep seeing rubber brooms and wondering if they will be any good to clean my kitchen floor....

I bought some cheap mini broom from asda, the handles just break and I have to chuck them after a year.

My ideal broom is a small, telescopic, lightweight but STRONG and decent broom that can get into corners and be stored away in a compact way, does such a thing exist?

Something that doesn't bloody snap after 6 months or take up half the kitchen!

Thoughts welcome.

Rubber brooms are excellent especially if you have pets. Mine is lightweight and compact, I think it was from lakeland.

welshmist - I have one of those already for mopping - had no idea it was also a broom style thing too! I have given it a go and it's great. Saved me some pennies too!! thank you and to everyone else who has responded. :)
