New Bosch washing machine very disappointed

We recently moved and bought a Bosch Vario Perfect Seri 6 and it is total rubbish!

We have had several Bosch machine before and they we really good. This one is a total pain to use - the main bug bear is that is does not dry clothes properly. When we resort to using the wash/spin cycle it still does not dry properly.

Anyone else with the same problem?

They're still a good brand, but some of their machines are Chinese made and are of very poor quality. I'm not sure of where yours was made, but I'd get in touch with their customer care team to discuss your issues. Have you dropped spin speed from your old machine to your new one? Are you pressing speed perfect and making sure you're reducing the load? 5kg when using quick washes with Bosch and Siemens. If you're overloading it, you might not be getting great results. 5kg is around 5 outfits...trousers, tee, jumper and undies.
