Nice smelling kitchen spray

Lilsquish · 16/02/2018 11:13

Can anyone recommend a nice kitchen spray cleaner?

I used to love the flash kitchen one, but its not as nice since they changed it to have 'febreez' in it.

Iv just bought the dettol pomegranate and lime one but it has hardly any fragrance (bloody 1ltr one too)

I like fruity smells.

I like stardrops anti bac

Have you tried Method? They do several different ‘flavours’ like citrus, clementine or wild rhubarb.

Method wild rhubarb - smells lovely, and not as harsh as others.

kimlo · 16/02/2018 11:21

aldi do a lovely one called ocean.

GinasGirl · 16/02/2018 11:25

I also think the Method wild rhubarb is lovely.

LizzieMacQueen · 16/02/2018 11:26

I like the Method lavender one.

confusedhelpme · 16/02/2018 11:27

Method!

daisypond · 16/02/2018 11:31

Well, after today's news articles on the dangers of spray cleaners - they cause lung damage, apparently - I don't think the smell is one that should concern you too much!

ReinettePompadour · 16/02/2018 11:39

Method the lavender one is lovely but theres a limited edition one called pink pomelo out at the moment which is so nice I've cleaned the entire house with it and I really hate cleaning so it must be nice Grin

ShatnersBassoon · 16/02/2018 11:43

The cheap Waitrose citrus and ginger one - I think it's about 70p and smells like something you'd expect to smell in a kitchen.

TheHodgeoftheHedge · 16/02/2018 11:43

I also rate Method! Both in smell factor and much more eco-friendly than a lot of other cleaners.

FrogFairy · 16/02/2018 11:53

Another brand you could try is Clean-ology, available at Lidl two for £3

I have bought them but not used them yet so can’t comment how good they are.

WellThatsATurnipForTheBooks · 16/02/2018 11:55

Another vote for Method

Veronicat · 16/02/2018 11:55

Splosh do a lovely Orange one. They are great if you have a septic tank. It's all environmentally friendly and natural. The floor cleaner is amazing.

longtompot · 16/02/2018 11:56

Any Method, esp Rhubarb is gorgeous. I also used to love Dettols lime and mint kitchen spray. I am currently using Flash crisp lemon spray or Dettols anti bac one, but will be popping into Waitrose in a bit so will no doubt get a Method one. They also do a gorgeous bathroom spray, mint, which smells amazing. Also works really well.

Littlelambpeep · 16/02/2018 11:56

Dilute zoflora

PickAChew · 16/02/2018 11:58

I like the method pink grapefruit. One that smells of happy and doesn't make me cough.

Unlike their minty bathroom cleaner which smells like CIF, has me hacking my guts up and leaves everything streaky, anyhow.

Lilsquish · 16/02/2018 13:11

Oh iv never heard of method!!
The rhubarb one sounds right up my street.

Thank you for all the suggestions

Any Method, I like Lavender mostly. The orange is nice too.

Xmasbaby11 · 16/02/2018 13:14

Method rhubarb! It looks pretty too.

Rainatnight · 16/02/2018 13:15

Waitrose eucalyptus and something else. Really nice. Was recommended on here.

Sarahh2014 · 16/02/2018 13:16

You can get the flash lemon one in b&m and Poundland it smells lovely

Vjump86 · 16/02/2018 19:32

I swear by Milton! It doesn’t have a fruity scent (it’s practically scentless) but it’s so good for cleaning and killing germs.

Lilsquish · 16/02/2018 20:15

Oh its a nice smelly one i specifically wanted......

So milton isnt a good option??
