I had fitted carpets from John Lewis 3 years ago in bedrooms, landing and stairs. Although the carpet we picked said it was suitable for ‘very heavy domestic use’ three years later it looks very flat and worn. I complained to John Lewis who have inspected and said it’s just normal wear, not a fault. So my question is, anything I can do to make it look fuller and fluffier again? I wondered if having the carpet cleaned would help with this? Don’t appear grubby or marked at all but I would like to improve appearance as can’t afford to get new carpets again
